Job summary

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Lead to provide customer service for phone and walk-in inquiries and to deliver first-line support for tickets submitted through standard portals on unclassified or classified networks.

The role focuses on coordinating with cybersecurity teams, ensuring proper ITSM configurations, and delivering timely metrics to leadership. Qualified candidates will have DoD DoW/DAF policy knowledge, DoW/DAF system experience, and TS clearance.

Qualifications

• Formal IT degree requirements are listed; equivalent experience may be considered for service desk roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred for management positions.
• Expert knowledge of DAF cyber enterprise policies and procedures (17/33-series, 00-33x MPTOs).
• Expert knowledge of USCYBERCOM and AFCYBER DoW command and control processes.
• Experience with end-user device configurations and troubleshooting for DoW/DAF systems.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Certifications: Security+ CE and Network+ CE, or ITIL v4 Foundation; ITIL v4 Specialist or ISC2 CC or higher; CISSP or CISM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal personnel and enterprise cybersecurity teams to ensure ITSM systems support ticket routing, processing, tracking, and closure across internal teams and partners.
• Configure to accurately capture service times and provide performance data to XT leadership via reports and dashboards.
