Job summary

Seneca Resources seeks a Lead Desktop / Client Server Engineer in Rosslyn, VA to oversee a team delivering Windows Server and VMware infrastructure, Active Directory, and VDI services. The role requires strong leadership, security clearance, and extensive Windows/VMware experience.

The candidate will drive service stability, security, and efficiency while contributing to IT governance and RMF/AO processes. A TS clearance and MCSE/ITIL credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years in Desktop/Client Server Engineering, system administration, or related IT infrastructure.
3+ years in a management or team lead role overseeing system engineers and/or system administrators.

Responsibilities

Oversee provisioning, installation, and support of Windows Server and VMware infrastructure.
Lead a team of system engineers and system administrators.
Maintain stability, security, and efficiency of enterprise IT operations and governance activities.
