Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT infrastructure experience.
• 10+ years in Desktop/Client Server engineering or related IT.
• 3+ years in a management or team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of system engineers and admins in Windows environments.
• Oversee provisioning, installation, and support of Windows Server, VMware, AD, and VDI.
• Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes.
• Develop and maintain enterprise IT documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT services with mission requirements.
