You will craft clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation to guide agile teams while coordinating with federal clients and product owners.

Responsibilities include backlog refinement, test scenario development, and ensuring alignment with mission objectives and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/CI Poly if required.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
8 years of relevant professional experience in cleared IT government contracting.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and user interviews.
Write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and federal clients to prioritize features.
Support UAT, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with federal standards.
Produce functional specs, use cases, and traceability matrices.
