Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Maryland seeks an Industrial Security Analyst (Level 2) or Principal Industrial Security Analyst (Level 3) to support a fast-paced portfolio of classified programs. As ACPSO, you coordinate security with the CPSO and build strong relationships with internal/external customers.

This role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph, CE status or recent investigation, and familiarity with NISPOM, ICD 705/704.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of Industrial Security or equivalent experience; master’s degree acceptable with 3+ years.
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph.
• In-scope investigation closed within last 6 years or CE program enrollment.
• Familiarity with NISPOM, ICD 705, ICD 704.
• Collaborate effectively with customers, security peers and program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support as Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO).
• Coordinate security activities with the program CPSO and customers.
• Support security education classes and briefings; investigate violations and report preventive actions.
• Participate in security compliance audits and self-inspections.
• Interact with customers to coordinate daily security tasks.
