Job summary

Aretum is seeking a Program Manager to provide program management, budget, acquisition, performance management, and governance support for Federal programs. This role coordinates with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support PMR planning, budget tracking, performance reporting, and program execution activities.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting a PMO/ProgMO or Federal budget office.
Experience coordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Familiarity with federal budget formulation and procurement lifecycle.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Support PMO activities, including planning, scheduling, governance, and coordination with leadership.
Support federal budget formulation, tracking, analysis, validation, and documentation.
Coordinate federal procurement activities and lifecycle oversight.
Develop and maintain performance metrics and leadership briefings.
Support PMR planning, readiness, review coordination, and governance reporting.
