Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks an experienced Facility Security Officer to oversee industrial security programs for unclassified and NSI within the NISP framework. This onsite role in El Segundo requires strong regulatory knowledge and leadership to enable business while protecting sensitive information.

The position emphasizes managing physical and personnel security, coordinating with DCSA, updating SPAs, and leading the Insider Threat Team under ITPSO guidance.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance (Top Secret with SCI eligibility).
• Minimum 8 years in Collateral/SAP/SCI environments; experience as FSO/AFSO preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, SEADs and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day Industrial Security operations and program with corporate support.
• Conduct self-inspections, risk assessments, and assist with government/customer assessments.
• Maintain facility clearance status and ensure DD Form 254 tracking and documentation.
