Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Cybersecurity 2 to lead a team of information security professionals at Beale AFB, CA. The role requires a Top Secret clearance and on-site presence, with responsibilities spanning risk management, policy implementation, and staff development.

You will drive training, ensure compliance with government standards, and coordinate with executives and customers on technical matters while maintaining accreditation for environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with required experience for the role.
• MS/PhD degrees with relevant cybersecurity focus are acceptable.
• US Government Top Secret clearance required; SAP/SAR eligibility.
• Preferred 8140-level certifications (CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of information security professionals ensuring secure enclave assessment and authorization.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities for managers and new leaders.
• Identify skill gaps and drive training to meet requirements.
• Oversee compliance with government policies (DAAG, JSIG, ICDs) and document processes.
