Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (minimum).
• Ability to obtain Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) access.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for assessing systems in a secure enclave.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for managers and leaders.
• Identify skills gaps and organize targeted training to meet requirements.
• Establish and oversee program control processes to mitigate risk and support A&A.
• Implement government policies (DAAG, JSIG, ICDs) and document processes.
• Ensure compliance and effective performance management within the team.
• Coordinate with executives, PMO, and customers on technical progress.
• Maintain formal accreditation for all environments and related systems.
