Job summary

This role requires strong written and verbal communication, to closely coordinate with Front Office, Program Managers, and Engineers. The position supports security administration, calendars, and tasker management, offering professional IT training opportunities and a chance to impact mission essential activities

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working in at least two IC and/or DoD directorates.
• 1 year managing manpower and resources for large organizations (at least $100M in budget and/or 100 persons).
• 1 year managing internal organizational processes and working with external processes.
• 1 year using technology to streamline organizational communication (SharePoint, folders, calendars).
• Military Staff Officer or like experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct staff support to mid- and senior-level leadership within MC&G PEO.
• Monitor and document travel, training, supply, budget, records management, and information management.
• Handle security administration, reports management, manpower, and risk management.
• Support leadership actions and activities across Front Office, Program Managers, Engineers, Business, and Mission personnel.
• Coordinate meetings and facilitate MC&G PEO discussions as needed.
• Act as Communications and Information Manager for MC&G PEO.
• Maintain calendars, email, and tasker processes for leadership.
• Oversee civil service and military awards processes.
• Brief internal and external audiences regarding MC&G PEO activities.
