Qualifications

• Top Secret Cleared.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Experience tuning AI workflows, prompts, and tool-use.
• Experience designing and running structured AI tests.
• Proficient with AWS Bedrock and Python.
• CI/CD and Git workflows experience.
• Strong communication and independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize agentic AI systems using orchestration frameworks.
• Implement multi-step, tool-enabled AI workflows with LLM reasoning and external APIs.
• Utilize foundation models on Amazon Bedrock for generation, extraction, and planning.
• Tune and refine AI workflows through prompt engineering and tool-use optimization.
• Conduct structured tests for AI behavior, including regression and scenario-based evaluations.
• Diagnose AI issues and implement guardrails and workflow adjustments.
• Integrate AI components with databases and internal apps, collaborating with engineers.
• Document model usage, experiments, and workflow designs for reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and governance teams to meet policies.
