Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking an AI Senior Software Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered workflows built on agentic frameworks. You will work on production-ready AI systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, and AWS Bedrock services in a highly collaborative environment.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, a bachelor's degree, and 7–10 years of related experience. Expect extensive Python development, CI/CD practices, and close cooperation with cybersecurity and governance teams

Qualifications

• Top Secret Cleared.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Ability to iteratively tune, evaluate, and validate AI workflows.
• Experience designing and running structured tests for AI behavior.
• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with JavaScript or other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize agentic AI systems using orchestration frameworks.
• Implement multi-step, tool-enabled AI agentic workflows combining LLM reasoning and retrieval systems.
• Use foundation models (Claude Sonnet, Claude Opus) on Amazon Bedrock for structured generation and planning.
• Iteratively tune AI workflows through prompt engineering and tool-use optimization.
• Conduct structured testing and evaluation of AI behavior, including regression tests and scenario-based evaluations.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and governance teams to ensure safe-use guidelines.
