The role involves collaborating with AI specialists, software engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity experts to deliver production-ready AI systems for client environments. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Cleared.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to iteratively tune, evaluate, and validate AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize agentic AI systems.
• Implement multi-step, tool-enabled AI agentic workflows.
• Use foundation models on Amazon Bedrock for structured generation, extraction, summarization, planning, and decision support.
• Iteratively tune and refine AI workflows via prompt engineering and tool-use optimization.
• Conduct structured testing and evaluation of AI behavior.
• Diagnose issues and implement guardrails and workflow adjustments.
• Integrate AI components with databases and internal applications.
• Document model usage patterns and findings.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and governance teams.
