Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical leadership, management, and oversight of contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting enterprise cybersecurity operations.
• Implement, maintain, and enforce cybersecurity governance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC, RMF) to ensure compliance with government security requirements.
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability scanning, security testing, and threat analysis to identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate internal and external cybersecurity audits, control assessments, and authorization activities to validate security effectiveness.
• Direct and coordinate cybersecurity tasks across multidisciplinary project teams, managing schedules, personnel assignments, and resources.
• Lead incident response coordination with government stakeholders, including breach detection, escalation, containment, and post-incident analysis.
• Oversee evaluation and performance monitoring of third-party cybersecurity vendors and services for compliance and security.
• Promote a security-first culture via awareness initiatives and workforce development programs.
• Serve as a primary technical liaison with Government stakeholders, delivering cybersecurity status reports and executive briefings.
• Develop cybersecurity improvement strategies and SOPs to strengthen enterprise security and compliance with PWS requirements.
