Dynamic Solutions Technology LLC is seeking an Enterprise IT & Operations Lead to support a government customer in Maryland. This TOP SECRET position requires SCI eligibility and will drive enterprise IT strategy, cybersecurity priorities, and modernization initiatives across cloud, data, and applications.

You will provide executive guidance to the CIO, build strategic roadmaps, govern IT portfolios, and ensure alignment with DoD policies, risk management practices, and mission requirements.

Qualifications

Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
ITIL certification required.
10+ years of IT leadership experience.
BS in a related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary POC to the CIO, providing executive guidance.
Develop and execute enterprise IT strategies and roadmaps.
Lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives aligned with DoD policies.
Govern enterprise IT portfolios, investments, and prioritization.
Oversee IT architecture, cloud strategies, data governance, and modernization.
