Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and refinement with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Review, interpret, and analyze technical, programmatic, and business documentation to identify requirements.
• Translate business and mission needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, developers, and other team members to clarify requirements.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and areas needing clarification.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, workshops, and sessions to build shared understanding.
• Break down complex requirements into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ceremonies.
