• Write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups.
• Validate user story completion and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Draft functional specifications, business process diagrams, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analyses between current and desired capabilities.
• Support user acceptance testing with test scenarios and results.
• Analyze workflows to identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
