Best Choice Roofing seeks a Certified Roofing Specialist to assess storm damage and guide homeowners through roof restoration and insurance claims. The role emphasizes visiting homes, inspections, advising on funding options, and generating new leads.

Expect a fast-paced, consultative sales environment with uncapped earnings and comprehensive training. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or customer service, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information.
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required).

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and close contracts for roofing services.
• Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to storm-damage areas to identify roof and property damage.
• Climb onto roofs and attics to conduct damage assessments and present findings to homeowners.
• Educate homeowners on restoration processes and funding options; act as technical advisor.
• Provide estimates and funding options; collect payments as needed.
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to achieve the best homeowner outcomes.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
