Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking Certified Roofing Specialists to support residential roofing needs after severe weather. You will assess storm damage, guide homeowners through restoration and insurance claims, and work with homeowners to secure contracts and funding options.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, willingness to travel to storm-affected areas, and strong communication skills. Training is provided and compensation includes commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or consultative experience preferred.
• Experience with lead generation or canvassing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and conducting inspections.
• Guide customers through roof restoration and insurance claims process.
• Generate new leads through neighborhood canvassing and door-knocking.
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to identify roof and property damage.
• Present findings to homeowners and provide cost estimates and funding options.
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to achieve good outcomes.
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communications.
