Best Choice Roofing is hiring Certified Roofing Specialists to help storm-affected homeowners recover while building rewarding, high-income sales careers. You will meet directly with clients, inspect properties for damage, and guide them through the roof restoration and insurance claims process.

We are seeking competitive, coachable, and communicative individuals with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving results.

Qualifications

1–2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Coachable with a positive attitude and competitive mindset.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
Comfortable initiating conversations and generating opportunities.

Responsibilities

Respond to company-provided leads and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
Generate additional business through canvassing and door-knocking in storm-affected neighborhoods.
Inspect roofs, attics, and properties for storm-related damage (paid training provided).
Educate homeowners on the restoration process and available funding solutions.
Work with insurance adjusters to help homeowners achieve the best possible outcome.
Present estimates, obtain agreements, and collect payments as needed.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Participate in weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
