Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking Certified Roofing Specialists to support homeowners after severe weather. You will respond to warm leads, inspect roofs and property, explain restoration options, and assist with insurance claims, serving as a trusted advisor.

Travel to storm-affected areas, canvass neighborhoods, and work outdoors; you will earn uncapped commissions with a base signal of $63K–$120K+. Training provided; strong communication and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience preferred.
• Experience with lead generation, canvassing, or similar outreach is preferred.
• Must possess a valid drivers license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Saturdays often required).

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and closing contracts.
• Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to identify signs of roof and property damage.
• Climb onto roofs and into attics to conduct damage assessments and present findings.
• Educate homeowners on restoration processes and funding options.
• Provide estimates and coordinate payments; work with insurance adjusters to optimize outcomes.
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
