Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Jersey City, NJ. You will keep originating while building a team; the processing, underwriting, and back-office support are provided. Lead the branch’s culture, recruit and coach loan officers, and grow the branch’s P&L.

You are a top-producing Loan Officer with a track record, licensed (NMLS) and ready for a player-coach role. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $220,000 base, with commission and a sign-on bonus based on production

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
