Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Edison, NJ. You will continue originating loans while building a team, with processing, underwriting and back-office support provided so your time stays on production.

This role offers a base salary from your prior production, plus commissions on personal production and a branch override, with a sign-on bonus available and comprehensive benefits. You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, lead the branch culture and P&L, and help

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). Principal Lending license or ability to obtain where required.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
