CRÈME Consultants is seeking a Producing Branch Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee loan origination, processing, closing and funding, while driving branch growth and profitability.

You will lead a high-performing team of loan officers, recruit, train, and ensure compliance with NMLS requirements, delivering exceptional service to clients and real estate partners. The role emphasizes strategic growth and strong leadership within a mortgage lending environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a branch and team of loan officers.
• Ability to originate loans and meet production standards.
• NMLS licensing and ongoing maintenance.
• Strong communication with realtors, builders, and partners.
• Proven track record in sourcing leads from a referral network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch performance and communicate goals and policy changes regularly to branch personnel
• Originate loans and meet minimum branch production standards
• Maintain branch loan production at or above $1 million monthly
• Build and manage a high-performing team of loan officers
• Coach and guide team toward optimal production levels
• Meet with supervisors to maintain production standards and ensure pipeline accuracy
• Monitor loan quality for compliance with policies and regulations
• Collaborate with staff to ensure proficient file processing
• Expand market share by establishing new business contacts with realtors and real estate partners
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and real estate partners
• NMLS licensing and maintenance required for individual and team members
