Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in mortgage sales.
• Demonstrated success in sales production and team leadership.

• Proactively recruit and onboard new Loan Officers.
• Analyze pipeline volume and set productivity expectations.
