Mutual of Omaha Mortgage in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead sales, recruiting, administration and staff supervision at the branch level.

The role oversees production, pipeline management and liaison with executive leadership, with a base salary of $36,000 plus incentives and comprehensive benefits. You will drive client relationships and align branch activities with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience as Mortgage Branch Manager with proven production history
Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)

Responsibilities

Stay current on loan program guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC) and regulations
Collaborate with management to execute company goals and sales
Coordinate meetings to align sales and operations
Conduct trainings based on industry updates
Track and improve employee performance and pipeline management
Meet company sales goals
Recruit top mortgage professionals
Develop and maintain marketing strategies
Develop client relationships aligned with corporate objectives
Calculate and submit commission statements and payroll as required
