Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, not necessarily real estate.
• Ability to close deals from first contact to signed agreement.
• Comfort with CRM, follow-ups, and pipeline discipline.
• Proven local marketing and prospecting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and beat a monthly quota of 2-3 home sales.
• Market homes via Facebook Marketplace, social channels, listings, signage, and local outreach.
• Guide prospects from first showing to signed deal.
• Maintain pipeline with follow-up calls, open houses, and resident referrals.
• Handle sales paperwork, taxes, and credit checks.
• Log interactions in the CRM to prevent misses.
• Sell in compliance with Fair Housing standards.
• Build a track record to reach top performer status.
