BG Staffing, Inc. is seeking a sales professional in Ohio to help buyers become homeowners. You will build relationships, follow up on inquiries, and close deals to exceed quotas. The role offers a guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commission and benefits, including PTO and a 401(k) match.

You will market homes, generate leads, and guide clients from initial contact to signed agreements while maintaining CRM records and adhering to company policies.

Formación

• Proven ability to meet or exceed a sales quota.
• Comfort selling face-to-face and asking for the sale.
• Experience managing leads and following up until a decision is made.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed the baseline goal of 2–3 home sales per month.
• Guide buyers from inquiry to signed agreement.
• Market homes via social media, online listings, and local outreach.
• Generate leads through prospecting, open houses, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently.
• Handle payment calculations, contracts, and sales paperwork.
