Job summary

Bigfoot Roofing & Construction, INC is hiring a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter in Jacksonville, FL. You’ll handle a high volume of outbound calls, engage homeowners with scripts, identify qualified prospects, and book appointments for our outside sales team.

This full-time role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and a $200 bonus for every closed re-roof project generated from your appointments, with opportunities to grow as our inside sales team expands.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• High volume of outbound calls per day.
• Engage homeowners using provided call scripts and lead lists.
• Build rapport and identify qualified prospects.
• Schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives.
• Document conversations and appointment details in our CRM.
• Meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals.
