Bigfoot Roofing & Construction, INC is hiring a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter in Jacksonville, FL. You’ll handle a high volume of outbound calls, engage homeowners with scripts, identify qualified prospects, and book appointments for our outside sales team.

This full-time role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and a $200 bonus for every closed re-roof project generated from your appointments, with opportunities to grow as our inside sales team expands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• High volume of outbound calls per day
• Engage homeowners using provided call scripts and lead lists
• Build rapport and identify qualified prospects
• Schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives
• Accurately document conversations and appointment details in our CRM
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude throughout the day
• Consistently meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals
• Work closely with leadership to improve messaging and results

This position focuses exclusively on appointment setting—you will not be responsible for closing sales.

What We’re Looking For
