You’ll engage in prospecting, conduct open houses, negotiate offers, and collaborate in a fast-paced, supportive environment designed to maximize earnings and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of real estate sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.

Responsibilities

• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team-building activities.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
