Lowcountry Foundation and Crawlspace Repair is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to run in-home appointments, diagnose crawlspace problems, present solutions, and close deals. We provide the leads and a proven sales process to support your success.

This home-based role involves local travel in Macon, GA, with $100K+ earning potential and uncapped commissions. You will be paid training and have a company vehicle to support field visits.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required.
• Proven ability to close sales.
• Confident, competitive, and comfortable talking to homeowners.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-qualified, pre-scheduled in-home appointments.
• Inspect foundations and crawlspaces and identify problems.
• Design and present the right solution for the homeowner.
• Build trust, overcome objections, and close the sale.
• Follow up and manage your pipeline.
• Work with our operations team from sold job to installation.
