Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Florida is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive revenue through referral relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and other partners. You will be the on-site face of the company and lead business development in your territory.

You will visit agencies, attend events, and coordinate with our production team to convert opportunities into scheduled work, while maintaining a strong pipeline and professional brand.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in related field
• Knowledge of the Disaster Restoration field desired
• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
• Skilled using smartphones, computer, Excel, Word, Outlook
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work after hours, as well as be on call
• Build rapport easily and establish trust with customers
• Present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups
• Local and regional travel for trade shows, training, networking events
• Skilled using social media and other web-based sales tools

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to active fire and water events to meet property owners and contacts on-site
• Conduct regular in-person visits to insurance agencies, real estate offices, and property managers
• Attend industry events, chamber meetings, trade shows, and local community events
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
• Implement sales plans, track leads, and follow up to grow pipeline
• Plan daily travel routes, meet visit quotas, and report activities in CRM
• Represent ServiceMaster Restore professionally to position the brand positively
• Coordinate sales efforts with the production department
