Job summary

Jenkins Plumbing Company seeks an experienced Top-Out Supervisor to oversee plumbing installation during the top-out phase of residential new construction projects in Charleston, SC. The role requires strong leadership, extensive plumbing knowledge, and the ability to manage crews to meet quality, safety, and deadline targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of residential new construction plumbing experience with supervisory capabilities, solid blueprint-reading skills, and a commitment

Qualifications

3–5 years of residential new construction plumbing experience.
Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of top-out plumbing installations and plumbing codes.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of top-out plumbing crews.
Oversee installation of water supply lines, drain, waste, and vent piping.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction plans.
Ensure all plumbing installations meet company standards and local plumbing codes.
Monitor job progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Train, mentor, and provide direction to plumbing crew members.
