Job summary

Jenkins Plumbing Company seeks an experienced Top Out Supervisor to oversee plumbing installations during the top-out phase of residential new construction. You will supervise field crews, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain production schedules while upholding plumbing codes and company standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating materials, training staff, enforcing safety policies, and ensuring readiness for inspections across multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• Residential new construction plumbing experience required.
• Supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple job sites and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
