Jenkins Plumbing Company seeks an experienced Top-Out Supervisor to oversee plumbing installation during the top-out phase of residential new construction projects in the United States. The ideal candidate will lead crews, ensure safety, and meet project deadlines.

With strong leadership and extensive plumbing knowledge, you will read blueprints, coordinate with builders and project managers, and maintain quality workmanship on multiple sites while adhering to local codes and company standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential new construction plumbing experience.
• Proven supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of top-out plumbing and codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of top-out plumbing crews.
• Oversee installation of water supply lines, drain, waste, and vent piping.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction plans.
• Ensure all plumbing installations meet company standards and local plumbing codes.
• Monitor job progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Conduct quality inspections and address installation issues.
• Coordinate with builders, project managers, and other trades.
• Train, mentor, and provide direction to plumbing crew members.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and maintain organized job sites.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and labor needs to maintain productivity.

Key Responsibilities
