Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, with top-out supervision strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership and crew management experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct top-out plumbing crews on commercial job sites.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet project timelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with code requirements.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate with warehouse and project management teams.
• Conduct jobsite walkthroughs to ensure quality control and workmanship standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members.
• Enforce company safety policies and jobsite procedures.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and manpower needs to management.

This position plays a critical role in coordinating crews, maintaining schedules, and ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets company standards and project deadlines.

Position Summary

The Top-Out Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day top-out plumbing activities on assigned projects. This role requires strong field leadership, technical plumbing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, foremen, and other trades.

Schedule

Full-time Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as project demands require
