Job summary

Jenkins Plumbing Company is seeking an experienced Top Out Supervisor to oversee plumbing installations during the top-out phase of residential new construction projects. You will supervise field crews, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain production schedules in accordance with company standards and plumbing codes.

This role requires strong leadership, blueprints interpretation, and a solid knowledge of water supply, drainage, vent systems, and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Residential new construction plumbing experience required.
• Supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple job sites and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing top-out crews.
