RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Metro Detroit is seeking an experienced OB/GYN physician to join a 12-physician clinic with 5 certified nurse midwives. You will care for obstetric and gynecologic patients, including Level II/III NICUs, and have access to advanced surgical robotics and dedicated OR time.

The role offers a competitive base salary with productivity bonuses and potential for partnership, a 3–4 day office schedule, a 24-hour on-call weekday with a post-call day off, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN, or completing ACGME/AOA residency.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Interest in developing surgical skills and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care with a balanced case mix including Level II/III NICUs.
• Perform in-office procedures such as NSTs, ultrasounds, hysteroscopies.
• Surgical duties with access to OR time and robotics; participate in call rotation.
