Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC seeks an OB/GYN Physician to join a respected Metro Detroit practice with 12 physicians and 5 certified nurse midwives. Enjoy a collaborative team, a strong base salary with productivity bonuses, and 3–4 office days per week alongside surgical duties.

The role offers call coverage with a 1:6 weekend rotation, OR time with robotics, and opportunities for partnership. Comprehensive benefits and paid maternity leave are included.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified/Eligible OB/GYN or in an ACGME/AOA residency.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and effective teamwork.
• Interested in developing surgical skills and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care with a balanced case mix.
• Perform NSTs, ultrasounds, and hysteroscopies.
• Participate in surgical procedures with dedicated OR time and robotics under mentorship.
• Fulfill 1 weekday 24-hour call with post-call day off and 1:6 weekend OB call rotation.
