Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join a respected Metro Detroit practice with 35+ years of service. You will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a collaborative team of 12 physicians and 5 certified nurse midwives.

The role offers a competitive base salary with productivity bonuses and potential for partnership, plus sign-on and relocation bonuses. A flexible schedule of 3–4 office days per week plus surgical responsibilities is available, with on-call duties

Qualifications

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN or currently completing an ACGME/AOA residency.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to patient-centered care and effective teamwork.
• Interested in developing surgical skills and pursuing long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle obstetric and gynecologic cases including Level II & III NICUs.
• Perform in-office procedures such as NSTs, ultrasounds, and hysteroscopies.
• Flexible schedule: 3-4 office days with surgical responsibilities and on-call rotation.
