Job summary

Genie Matthews and Associates invites an OB/GYN physician to join a respected Metro Detroit practice with 35+ years of service. The role offers a collaborative team of 12 physicians and 5 certified nurse midwives, strong compensation with bonuses, and partnership opportunities.

The position features a flexible 3–4 office days per week plus surgical responsibilities, a 24-hour call on one weekday with a day off, and a shared 1:6 OB call rotation with midwives, plus robust benefits and

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN or currently completing an ACGME/AOA residency.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and effective teamwork.
• Interest in developing surgical skills and pursuing long-term career growth.
• Experience with Level II/III NICUs and in-office procedures (NSTs, ultrasounds, hysteroscopies) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population.
• Perform advanced in-office procedures (NSTs, ultrasounds, hysteroscopies).
• Engage in surgical cases with access to OR block time and robotics mentorship.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and midwives to optimize patient outcomes.
