Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an OB/GYN Physician in the Metro Detroit area to join a respected practice with 35+ years of experience. You will work with 12 physicians and 5 certified nurse midwives in a collaborative environment, with opportunities for productivity bonuses and potential partnership.

The role offers a flexible 3-4 office days per week, one 24-hour weekday call with a day off after, and a 1:6 weekend OB call rotation shared with the midwives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN or currently completing an ACGME/AOA residency.
• Demonstrates strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Interested in developing surgical skills and pursuing long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population.
• Expand surgical expertise with OR time and robotics under mentorship.
• Participate in a balanced mix of obstetric and gynecologic cases and perform in-office procedures (e.g., NSTs, ultrasounds, hysteroscopies).
