• Manage the movement of product through the production area.
• Ensure that SOPs and engineering procedures are followed and that all work is done to maximize quality.
• Assist in leading and developing a high performance team.

• Provide effective guidance to achieve the required quality and production goals.
• Ensure that product is in the process at all times. Plan and organize work for efficient operations.
• Achievement of daily, monthly and annual team targets.
• Promote a safe working environment and monitor compliance to support the safety program.

Key Responsibilities

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalency.

• Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime
