AIR Communities in Boulder, CO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a high-performing sales team. You’ll engage prospects, tour communities, and guide them toward selecting AIR as their new home, with a base pay rate of $21.00 per hour and lucrative commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours (Tue–Sat, 10:00am–6:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of your unique community and to help prospects find their new home at AIR.
• Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
• Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations
