This role rewards initiative, a strong network, and a commitment to the community. Candidates must hold a Connecticut Property & Casualty license and have 3+ years in consultative sales. You will work in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment with a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Connecticut.
• Three+ years of experience in consultative sales.
• Experience with CRM tools and proposal software.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong professional network within the Bridgeport area.
• Background in lead generation and client retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local residents and business owners to understand their unique risk management needs.
• Develop and present comprehensive insurance solutions that align with client goals.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts by conducting annual policy reviews and proactive updates.
• Actively participate in community events in Bridgeport to build visibility for the firm.
• Navigate complex underwriting guidelines to find the best possible coverage options for your clients.
