The Atlantic District in Bridgeport, CT is seeking an Elite Agent to join our team. You will engage with local residents and business owners, assess their risk needs, and tailor insurance solutions that fit their goals.

Build lasting relationships and provide thoughtful, personal advice in a welcoming office environment. You’ll manage accounts, conduct annual policy reviews, and participate in community events to raise the firm's visibility.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Connecticut.
• 3+ years of experience in consultative sales.
• Proficient with CRM tools and proposal software.

Responsabilités

• Engage with local residents and business owners to understand their risk management needs.
• Develop and present comprehensive insurance solutions that align with client goals.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts by conducting annual policy reviews and proactive updates.
• Actively participate in community events in Bridgeport to build visibility for the firm.
• Navigate underwriting guidelines to find the best coverage options for clients.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM to ensure seamless service and follow-up.
