Renewal by Andersen is seeking high-energy Sales Consultants to visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments and close deals using our proven process. You’ll build rapport, present window solutions, and learn the home improvement industry while representing a trusted brand.

This role offers 100% commission with substantial earning potential and a powerful marketing engine backing your efforts, along with comprehensive training and support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities
