Job summary

Honda of Thousand Oaks, part of Swickard Auto Group, seeks an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager for a high-volume Conejo Valley dealership. The role requires presenting finance products, structuring deals, and maintaining lender relationships with Honda Financial Services.

The candidate should have 1+ year F&I management experience at a franchised store, strong compliance knowledge, and a track record of accurate documentation and fast funding.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership
• F&I experience with desk or finance background preferred
• Menu-driven, compliant finance office
• Knowledge of Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and California documentation standards

Responsibilities

• Present finance, lease, and protection products on every deal
• Structure deals and work with lenders for approvals
• Maintain lender relationships, including Honda Financial Services programs
• Meet regulatory and documentation requirements like Reg Z, TILA, FCRA
• Collaborate with sales to create clean deal packages and fast funding
• Keep the finance office experience transparent and efficient for guests
• Maintain accurate deal documentation and DMS records
