Renewal By Andersen of Central CA is seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to visit homeowners with pre-qualified appointments, present window replacement solutions, and close high-value deals. This role offers top earning potential through a 100% commission plan and a powerful brand.

You will work primarily in the Fresno, Bakersfield, Monterey, and San Luis Obispo markets, build trust with homeowners, and guide them through the home improvement process using our proven system and support team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

• Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments.
• Build rapport, understand their needs, and present product solutions.
• Learn the home improvement construction industry.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
